

Tried Kenji's tavern style, very good
Did the whole thing, 5 day cold ferment, roll out + overnight cure before baking. Made the sauce + sausage recipes too (highly recommend the sausage recipe, especially if like me you don't care for the licorice flavor of fennel and have a hard time finding Italian sausage without it). Very very good.
Did a sausage/onion/banana pepper and a pepperoni.
