TikTok AI support is so unhelpful that it randomly started replying to me in Chinese.

Have been hit with the “low quality” disqualification recently even though my content is not “low quality” by their own definition. Support tickets have gone with no reply.

I once was able to get an actual agent who resolved the issue quickly, so I’ve been trying to navigate support to get a real agent again.

The AI support is so useless it randomly changed to Chinese.

This is so ridiculous it’s funny.
