Can I make this 2hr connection at SFO, and will I be rebooked if I miss it?

I recently booked a trip directly from United from SIN to SJO, transiting at SFO. I will be on UA28, arriving at SFO at 9.20pm, followed by a 2 hr 16 minute layover before my connecting flight UA2312 to SJO at 11.36 pm.

I am aware that at SFO, I will have to go through customs, collect my baggage, drop them off and go through customs again. I was wondering: (1) How likely will I be able to make this connection, (2) whether I should be running/speed-walking after disembarking from the first plane and (3) whether I will be rebooked in the event I missed my flight?

Feeling very nervous about making this connection, would appreciate any advice!
