Coolant sensor removal
How do you remove this sensor. I tried strong arming it and twisting and that hasn’t worked at all. Any other methods?

Easy way to access O2 sensor with an m50 engine?
Is there anyway to test my o2 sensor to make sure it’s working? I have had a rough idle issue for the past couple months and I’ve solved every issue besides my o2 sensor. It would be the last potential solution(besides a compression test) but I would like to check before I buy another o2 sensor.
Been working on the car and waiting for parts so it been sitting mostly. I go to give it a little crank and it starts making a loud chopping sound almost.
I have no overheating issues but the coolant level lcd will not go away. I have bled the system a thousand times. My guess is the radiator due to it being 16 years old and mysterious loss of coolant. Any ideas? Also what else should I get if I’m replacing the radiator.
I replaced my brake check valve recently and now my brake pedal is stiff. It’s stoned and my car it’s still rough idling and stalling. Any ideas?
Just looking for some good brands for my daily 525i. It’s not a performance build and no plans for a track. Also stay in Texas which is mostly hot year round. Rains a ton so any tires with good rain traction would be nice.
Does anyone know what part this is? It connects the manifold to the brake check valve. I need specifically the bushing or rubber that goes on the manifold.
Just checking to see if I’m right it’s 1222 code and it repeats twice right? It’s my first time and I’m just making sure I’ll delete after confirming.
Does anyone know what the part is called circle in the photo. The check valve goes into this circled item.
Ok so I tried all the basics of unlocking the door from the outside and realized I fucked myself by shutting the door while the battery is disconnected. Triple A also attempted to open the door and failed. They recommended to call a locksmith
A) Call a locksmith and have them struggle opening the door
B) Smash the window and learn how to replace it
I was working on my car and accidentally locked my keys inside with the battery disconnected. Best method of getting in?
Doing a smoke test and saw a ton of smoke coming out of the engine air filter box. Can this cause a rough idle? Also I put the smoke in the in front of the of the box and opened the throttle. It’s my first time doing a smoke test what are the main entry points I should be starting from to get an accurate reading.
Tried recharging my ac and the gauge didn’t move at all. I followed all the steps and my compressor pulley was working. Is it an internal issue or a mistake on my end? Also can I rebuild the compressor or do I have to get a new one?
After getting slammed to oblivion and going 0-4 I speed ran a delta and got lucky.
I was looking to do a recharge for my ac and cannot tell if it’s the original R-12 or it’s been converted to R134. It’s a 92 so that’s why I’m asking? Thank you advance:)
Is this a normal idle for the line to sit or an obvious air leak?
Rebuilt a caliper and noticed this strange sound yesterday while test driving my car after some fixes. It sounds like a bird or excessive squeaking in intervals. Any ideas? I’ve never heard this sound before and can’t figure out what it is.
I’ve been searching for the solution for my rough idle ever since purchasing the car. I’ve been tracking it down but I’m not sure what else I could be missing. The rough idle was a lot worse when purchased and all of my fixes have greatly reduced it. It still rough idles nonetheless. Here is my fixes towards the rough idle….
Any suggestions as to what I could be missing???
Posting my spark plugs for some opinions. Also the second cylinder is questionable asf. Any diagnosis? Also not sure if the previous owner over tightened them but they were extremely difficult to pull out. I couldn’t get the 3rd cylinder because it wouldn’t loosen and I didn’t want to the strip anything.
