Looking for recommendations for unique, independent t-shirt & art shops in Bangkok

Can anyone recommend places in Bangkok that sell unique t-shirts and/or art from local independent artists? I’m particularly interested in anything to do with the dark side of local Thai mythology, ghost stories, or similar themes.

Photos from Capitol & McKee, just off 680

I took my 15 y.o. and her friends to see Backrooms today here in San Jose, and during the movie I got some unexpected bonus goosebumps when I saw that the location of Cap'n Clarks was at Capitol and McKee... since I had just driven through that exact intersection on the way to pick up her friends to see this movie.

So on the drive home, to add a little fun freak out for this gaggle of teenagers, I did some slow passes through both strip malls on either side of this intersection... where this empty shell of a store was our stand-in for Cap'n Clarks, and its gutted inside fit the liminal bill quite well. The seagulls perched atop were an eerie touch as well.

The location is this former Walgreens / erstwhile Spirit Halloween:
