Heading to Hilo this week. What's the best place for a cheap/inexpensive lunch in Hilo?

Nice people won't ask me how I learned it would be a good idea to have these numbers on my phone before I actually needed them. Especially after a major storm. 😭

Heading Hilo side soon. I love Vietnamese food, but the one Kona side uses MSG. The review sites are mostly visitors. What do you as local consider the best Vietnamese restaurant in Hilo?

Update edit: Mahalo for all the suggestions! I'm going to sort though them, but it's great to know there's a lot of options. Now if only a couple of the good ones would open a second location Kona side...
