2021 Lincoln aviator reliability? (Reserve model)

Im looking for a 3rd row suv and im looking at this CARFAX Vehicle History Report: 2021 LINCOLN AVIATOR RESERVE https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistory/p/Report.cfx?partner=CVN\_0&vin=5LM5J7XC9MGL06535.

Consistent oil changes and no major repairs or anything concerning from what i see.

Is it risky to buy at this milage? I go on drives with my fanily from nyc to florida every year and want to make sure we wouldn't be dealing with major problems.

I dont know anythinf about these cars. The main car im looking at is the volskwagen atlas but just dont like how weak the engine is and its reliability isnt great.

What can I expect from 62k miles to 100k in terms of repairs or maintaining?

Would you stay away from this purchase? 2024 atlas. 39k miles, water pump replaced twice already

CARFAX Vehicle History Report: 2024 VOLKSWAGEN ATLAS SEL PREMIUM R-LINE 4MOTION https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistory/p/Report.cfx?partner=CVN\_0&vin=1V2FR2CA8RC506850.

Is this a lemon? Or just a sign that theres an underlying issue with this car? Or is it actually good these things were replaced early on?

Water pump replaced at 29k miles and then replaced again at 39k miles as well as the intake manifold gaskets.

Im searching through carvana

[Honestly] is the problems with this vehicle really that bad or are people over exaggerating?(looking to get atlas for my family)

I have an sq5 and its way to small since im having another baby now.

Atlas is the biggest mid size suv on the market. Its the most appealing suv for its interior size and also cool looking exterior.

But when I look at the Atlas communities, I see so many people complaining and talking negative things about all the repairs needed etc...

I wouldnt even know what SUV to look at after the Atlas because none of them really hit that spot. Im considering a Honda pilot but rather not.

I also see the Atlas 2024+ is the 2.0 turbo and before is the V6 and I see people still complaining about both.

If i do get one, I would be trading in for a used Atlas at around 20-40k miles.

I just dont know what to do with how real the problems are

This is in nyc. I believe the concrete is technically city property and its a dead-end street where the garbage and debris all blows into my grandma's yard.

Im looking for a solution so I can help her out so she doesnt always have so many debris like plastic bags and random garbage in her backyard.

Appreciate any advice. Im not sure if we are legally allowed to drill anything into the concrete to prevent garbage blowing into the yard

Closest ones are in ridgewood which has a bunch. Glendale needs citibikes and a few stations stretched out up myrtle avenue up to forest park so its convenient to also travel to forest park

Looking to trade in my audi sq5 and get a used xc90 with roughly 35-60k miles. I have 2 kids and need something bigger.

Just wondering about known issues to be worried about. The years id probably be looking at is 2018-2022 .

Thank you in advance
