▲ 3 r/OCD

I think I'm on the cusp of finally realising what disorder plagues me my whole life and it seems to be OCD. I already booked an appointment with a psychiatrist. My question is for people who went through the whole process: what was it like in your head before and after treatment? Especially interested if it involved medication.

Thanks

A bit of a tough one I've tried to find it even with a lot of tools available and I come to you folk after trying hard. My next step if this fails is to watch a bunch of yt vids that I might not have the time for. It's a recent game in the 2020s, possibly early access

Right so I haven't played the game or even watched the gameplay, all I know is that I have seen a short excerpt from a yt vid of either Mark Brown or Adam Millard.

The game MAYBE is a one word title and MAYBE it starts with the letter 'I'

The gameplay showcases a sort of fighting style where you can't just mash butttons to beat your enemies and it's also not a soulslike. You fight using momentum and/or rhythm and/or timing. It was a 3rd person point of view and it seemed like the map was arenalike rather than some sort of open world type of game where you stumble upon enemies

Sorry for the crappy description of the gameplay, the whole clip was probably on screen for less than 10 seconds but I was really intrigued by the novel approach to combat
