I have some spore pods collected from Hawaii. Im not sure what species or honestly if they all are moss. Some of them looked long and like micro ferns. How do I tell if the spore pods are viable and how should I grow them?

I have a decent amount of sphagnum moss I have been growing but I am wondering what is the most optimal way to grow it quickly?

I use indoor grow lights from range 50-700 ppfd and mainly grow carnivorous plants so the more specific/ in depth you can be the better! Thank you moss people

Got some neps from carnivero but the leaves are becoming much lighter even yellowish
14 hour photo period around 100-150 ppfd and temps 76-68f

Hopefully nothing is wrong with it but over maybe two days it went from green to a very bright pinkish orange. The photo doesn’t quite do it justice to how orange it is

Is this browning heart disease?
If yes what should I do?
