Do any of the EVAP-eligible vehicles have known HVAC problems?

As the question states, I’m wondering about the heating and cooling systems from this list of cars. I’m hearing they can be very costly to repair in the event of failure and that some older models have failed shortly after warranties have expired. Any insights are appreciated. Cheers!🍻

Enemy villains with PC attributes

Hi there,
Does anyone have experience lightly-adjusting monster/villain stat blocks with certain PC attributes?
I’m thinking specifically around assigning certain key campaign villains with a feat or two, or even building their action economy out a bit from their stat blocks.
This is probably technically homebrew but I want it to just beef up encounters slightly and give the DM a few more options during combat.
Thoughts? Is this fair to PC’s well-versed in the game, or is this off base and is likely to break the game?

Which EVs available in Canada have relatively lower maintenance costs?

I’m fairly certain we are well-aware of the lower operating costs compared with combustion engine vehicles, but comparatively, which EV make and models have the lowest maintenance costs for parts, winter tires, brakes, etc?
I don’t own one yet but I’m betting our community has a lot of knowledge on this question, particularly as it pertains to the Toronto market.
Cheers!

Does anyone here know which chargers are compatible with the Chinese-made EVs currently undergoing testing in Canada?

Looking for advice regarding Solar, Load Manager, and EV charger integration.

As the title states, I’m looking for an effective solution for charging an eventual EV.
As our home is fully electrified, we need an accompanying load management device: something that automatically reduces the current to the EV charger during times of high demand inside my home.
Some details:
We have a 12.25 KW solar array;
We have a Solaredge string inverter;
We have a Leviton 200A 120/240V Outdoor Meter Main Comb;
Leviton 66-space, 66 circuit indoor load center with 225A Main Circuit breaker;
Leviton Whole-Home Surge Protector;
Leviton Whole-Home Energy Monitor.
We can install some Smart Breakers but just wondering here what some might consider to be a suitable EV charger and load manager. I’ve seen Emporio and Tesla’s products.
I’m wondering, since we have all of the Leviton equipment, if another system might make sense.
Of note: we are interested in a universal charger if that helps. Down the road, we may decide to purchase a Chinese-made EV.
Lastly, the ability for bi-directional charging, even though it’s currently not a thing here in Ontario, would be an added perk.
Thanks in advance everyone! 🙏
