I brought my mom home with me to live 3 years ago. I have a brother that hasn't been to see her 10 times & never calls. We do not talk & he's truly a POS!
She's 86 years old and in good health but I still have to shower her, wash her hair, wash her clothes, etc. I don't get paid & was wondering if I will be allowed to sue her estate for 24/7 care when she passes.
She has a house I'm guessing $300,000-$400,000 that is sitting empty. Just trying how to be ready as he is over all her accounts ( let me add I'm 64 years old & disabled)
