Thoughts on $AIAI

Quick context on $AIAI

AIAI Holdings is a public company that acquires operating businesses and deploys its own AI directly into them instead of selling software pilots.

Current portfolio includes:

• Dôr – retail traffic + conversion intelligence already live in 2,000+ stores

• Bid Accelerator – construction estimating trained on $7B+ of real bids

• MediGuide – longevity / preventive health platform

• Gate AI – prompt-injection defense and AI observability layer

The model is ownership + execution rather than another AI chatbot looking for customers. Still early, but the operating assets are real.

Curious what others think of the structure.

AIAI Holdings ($AIAI) – Putting AI into real operating businesses instead of selling another chatbot.

Wanted to get the sub’s take on the model they’re running.

They’re not building a pure AI software company. They’re acquiring or owning operating businesses that already generate hard, proprietary data, then applying what they call Transformational AI on top of that data.

Three recent examples that shipped:

Dôr Retail Intelligence (announced today)

  • Wireless thermal sensor that installs in ~5 minutes
  • Already live in 2,000+ stores
  • $5B+ in sales data analyzed
  • Connects foot traffic to POS, labor, weather, and campaigns so operators can actually see conversion and what changed

Bid Accelerator (C.C. Carlton Industries)

  • Built on $7B+ of real Texas construction bids which includes Tesla + Switch Hyperscale at Dell in Austin.
  • Purpose-built estimating tool that learns from actual historical job costs

MediGuide Longevity Intelligence

  • Biomarkers + biological age + trajectory analysis for preventive care
  • Deployed across a network that already operates in 160+ countries

The common pattern is the same: take companies that spent years collecting operational or clinical data that can’t be scraped from the open internet, then layer AI that can act on it.

This is a different thesis from most pure AI software names.

Curious what people here think of the approach does owning the underlying operating businesses with proprietary data create a real moat, or is it just a holding company with AI marketing on top?
