I sent in a ticket about a month ago regarding a common reoccurring issue with ams 2 pro feeding issues. I still haven't received my replacement part. Even though they said they would ship it out over a week ago. No response in about 4 days then I receive an automated message that I probably won't hear back from the rep on my ticket for even longer.

Gotta love it.
