How do you organize your mods folder?

I’m restarting my mods folder and trying to figure out the best system of organizing it. My last folder I just kind of threw everything in there and it was pretty chaotic and unfixable lol. I’ve seen sorting by creator, by mod type, by mod type except gameplay mods aren’t in folders, and merging everything except scripts. How do you do it, and what do you suggest?
The picture is of how I started sorting them (I only downloaded some adeepindigo mods so far so it’ll be easy for me to change if it’s not a good system). Is this a good way to organize them or will it become confusing when updating / make it load up slow?

How can I fix the sketch before I color?

(click on it so it is more clear!)
Hi! I usually draw people in a pretty stale pose, very comfortably, so I don’t usually have to worry about proportions and angles. I used a reference for the pose but I’m not sure if everything is right. Also, I’m not sure if the face is placed correctly on the head. Does everything look right?

I also rarely ever do backgrounds, and I’m thinking of adding one for this. But I’m lost on where to start!! My brain refuses to be creative on background ideas that will look good with the character.

My goal is for the character to look a little bit of a slightly off-putting cute. I also plan on adding a graphic on the shirt, just haven’t decided what yet.

I appreciate any feedback and criticism!! Be harsh so I can improve!! Thank you :]]
