How to become a licensed stihl technician

Hi yall. I run a small engine repair shop at my shop. It’s just me running the show and I love it. I recently got my LLC and all that fun stuff and thought why not try to become a certified stihl technician and was wondering how I could do that as I just run my business myself.

Repairing this for a friend and he said it sounded horrible so I started diagnosing it and it sounds like this. Don’t know if it’s rod knock or how to go about this. Any ideas? The video doesn’t sound much like it does in person. It sounds like a metal on metal slapping sound.
