Honda civic help.

Hey everyone first off sorry for the horrible video. I have been chasing a rough start up and misfire ever since I bought this vehicle. It’s a 2004 Honda civic 1.7l. DX. I thought I bought it with 120k miles, but it actually has 230k from the last reported car fax. (This is my fault I didn’t pull the report prior to purchasing off Facebook. They swapped the cluster on me). But anyways, on cold starts it will start misfiring and has really bad shakes UNTIL I rev it for maybe 5-10 seconds, and then it runs like a dream. I also have a flashing check engine light until I rev it, and then it goes back to just a solid check engine light and gives me the misfire codes on all cylinders.
The car also shoots white smoke out of the exhaust on occasion, and it is more of a gas smell then coolant.

I have replaced all 4 spark plugs.
I bought 1 new coil pack to try and eliminate those but still get codes for all cylinders even if I swap them.
Replaced thermostat sensor
Coolant flush
Replaced valve cover gasket

Please any more advice or things I can check? I’m not a skilled mechanic by any means but I’m really trying to make the best out of something I got burned on, even thought it was my fault for not checking carfax!

Thank you!

EDIT : sorry I guess I can’t post the video.
