My stomach always hurting

I have acid reflux, and i tested negative for h pylori.

Whenever i eat, a whole wave of discomfort starts, stomach burns, sometimes bloats, mild heartburn.

Everything was lot worse, insane heartburn, insane bloating before i took ppi's for 14 days (without prescription, and did stop them a month before h pylori test and told my doctor about it). Now 70% of the pain is gone but still annoying. I saw a doctor and he only prescribed meds to help digestion/painkillers as he believes its nothing "bad" which is not convincing, i haven't took his meds yet as i need advice first.

What do y'all think i should do? Did i stop ppi's too early?

Ps1 : The pain is in the very middle of my stomach and i do not overeat as i would be in so much pain i physically cannot eat more than a portion.

Ps2 : im a very stressful kinda person in case this information serves anything.

Everyday feels like a workout

How does one keep spice in their life when they have no family and barely any friends? I feel like all i do is go to work and abuse on coffee and panic all day.
