New Every Day Carry

Sold my old carry (tricked out xmacro) and was able to get this ole girl with 2 x 15rnd for $500. With the extra cash I also got an owb holster, an iwb holster, tlr7hlx, and 3 x 18rnd mags.

My first trip at the range showed that I already shoot this better than my Sig.

Analysis paralysis

Currently have a tricked out xmacro (fuse length due to 3.7 ramjet) but it’s not doing it for me. I have a mischief machine commander grip (gen 1), patriot defense aggressive palm swells, 3.7 ramjet with afterburner, mcarbo trigger, and 407k. But it still feels too small in the hand to get the grip I want. So I’m in the market for my first CZ for ccw, and I have a few options in my head. I’m trying to stay near $1k for a gun, dot, and light.

1.a) p09c with a tlr7 hlx and a defender ccw enclosed

1.b) p10c ported with a tlr7 hlx and a defender st

  1. p01 with a tlr7 hlx. And then later do an optic cut for something

  2. sell the xmacro, and get a S2CY with a tlr7 hlx and defender ccw

Coming from the 365 line, options 1.a, 2, and 3 give me more options to customize the gun as I go. Which I am am all for. Option 1.b would be nice cuz that’s a one and done. I like the idea of moving to a decocker da/sa and am willing to put the work for learning the two pulls, but I’ve heard the p10c ported is the best dollar per performance there is right now.
