I am looking to build a very cheap mini pc to handle a server eg. minecraft, i was looking as raspberry pi but i think i need a little more then that, im looking like £100 which i know is very limiting and hard, but i wont need a case or gpu so that should make a difference, what parts do you recommend?

I have an moza R5 and not every time but 90% of the time MPH just freezes my whole pc, when it works it work my wheel and pedals are all fine but most of the time it completely freezes everything I have to fully restart after
