Help with Lossless Scaling Gpu Selection

I'm currently running a brand mew build with a 9070 xt and a 9800x3d. I have an 8gb 4060 ti from my previous build. Would it be worth it for me to add it as a secondary gpu and run lossless scaling on it? I only learned about lossless scaling earlier today, so i'm not 100% sure if this would really do a lot for me. Also, i'm currently using a 750w psu. Is that large enough if i undervolt the 4060 ti, or would I need a more powerful psu?

I'm 23 and about to graduate college. I have taken an offer for a job where I will be making $80,000 salary. I'm currently maxing out my roth ira, and i'm contributing up to the match in my roth 401k. When I start the new job, I will also start maxing out an HSA. My plan is to save everything I can outside of these for a house down payment (I'm living with my parents, so I should have more room to save). Where would be a good place to keep a house down payment for 3-5 years, and should I invest any if it in stocks? Does anyone have any recommendations for how I could make my plan better?
