How do you guys purify your cursed dice ? Anyone still using dice jail ? Doesn’t seem to work very well.
My method is to put the cursed die in the highest spot in the room I’m playing. I often add sacrifices such as candies or stuff we eat. Sometimes even other dice.
The first few pictures are completely finished, the last ones are still a work in progress and need to be polished and inked
I've been drawn to Dice Envy's Moonlight and Sleeptired sets for a while, but could never decide between them, I couldn't decide from the photos which set I would prefer. With their $5 sale I said "Why not both?" (and also 3 more sets lol) so I could compare them in person.
Thought I'd post the comparison here for anyone else in the same boat. Sleeptired is on the left, Moonlight on the right. Sleeptired has more blue and green tones, Moonlight has more purple and pink (with blue also). Moonlight also has more sort of individual sparkles, whereas Sleeptired is more of a smooth shimmer.
Both sets are very nice with an almost luminous effect, for lack of a better word.

Some different d4s from my collection. I have many others, but for the most part they’re similar shapes to those pictured. And where dice are concerned, it’s different shapes that I find most interesting.

I’ll need to sand some sprues, and fill the numbers with a crayon. Then I’m gonna party like it’s 1983!
I designed this dice carrying case with a bit of a unique opening mechanism. You can flick it open with your thumb or whip it to the side with the button pressed to open (kind of like a Zippo lighter).

I was plenty excited to own these when they first came out, but don't particularly care for them anymore. I've listed them on ebay here, and still have the statblock, stickers, and collector's card (Number 168!)

I got these dice earlier today. I got a pretty good deal on them I think, they said they were solid sterling silver with gold plating. It was from a pretty reputable tabletop/game store. I think they’re from Crystal Caste but I don’t know much more beyond that. The dice do have .925 indented on the dice.
If anyone has any insight into anything else about the dice or specifically identifying/verifying them that would be great!
Forged "mystery" dice. The bag had torn open so my lgs had them inside the case. I thought they were pretty cool and my wife likes purple so I bought them for her.

The stones themselves are beautiful, but I feel like the engraving and paint quality can be a mixed bag. Curious what everyone thinks. Do you prefer the character of hand-finished gemstone dice, or the consistency of factory-made sets?
