HVAC / MOLD Company Ai Text To Video (Help me determine best software)

Good Day!

My boss is requesting that our team generates Ai Videos for our HVAC / Mold Company. The average time per video is about 45 seconds to 1 minute. I want to find a good quality software yet cost effective.

May I ask for recommendations? I have been checking so many forums, threads, posts, etc. and each person has positive and negative comments and it's hard to just try so many softwares since I would need to spend money to actually test it. For those that have any suggestions, please let me know. Thank you

Conduction Sticker - Issue with a new car brand.

A new car dealership, which also serves as the distributor, has delivered vehicles to their lot without the conduction sticker. They are informing customers that this is due to the LTO. However, upon checking with the LTO, it was confirmed that no such process for obtaining the conduction sticker exists in their system. The dealership’s revised explanation is that customs has not yet approved the documents. This raises the question of how the car could be at the dealership if it were a customs issue.

My question: Is what they are saying genuine, or is there something else going on behind the scenes?

Looking for powerbank recommendations: Which brands are actually safe and reliable?

I used to be the type of person who purchases the cheapest powerbank without reviewing the brand, the specs, value for money, etc. But times have changed, if I need to spend more to get a powerbank that won't break after two years or degrade as fast, or won't have any chance of bloating/exploding, then by all means I would be happy to purchase that powerbank even though it's a bit more expensive. Though this doesn't negate the fact that I don't want to overspend, when I can get the same quality at the same price. That being said;

What are the brands that are RELIABLE, SAFE, LONGLASTING

Here's what i've seen so far that most people agree with

  1. ANKER
  2. UGREEN
  3. ROMOSS (Depends on unit model, some are good some are not) - Share your thoughts
  4. BAVIN (people say that there's many fake models, not worth buying)

Basically the only top two would be anker and ugreen, but are there any other brands that are at par with those two?

Then the remaining brands that i've shared, please comment your thoughts/experience with it.

Lastly, if I missed anything, please feel free to add/comment/suggest down below. Thank you.

I have my dream credit cards BUT

Good day PHCC!

I already have my two dream credit cards that match my current lifestyle. First being the BPI Visa black card with CL at 1M and Metrobank Travel Platinum Visa (For my local and international purchase) - I convert the MB card points to MABUHAY MILES, while the BPI card is meant for perks/benefits and for bigger amount purchases/financing of certain purchases.

I own 2 businesses and will be expanding in the future, I don’t need a credit card for gas, I manage my credit card expenses very well, I have no debt.

People tell me to just acquire all the NAFFL credit cards and just make basic purchases on them but I really don’t see the need to keep on getting more credit cards unless I’m missing something

Requesting for your advice! Thank you
