Help with herbs

Hi everyone, I'm starting this journey of herbal spells, and this time I was thinking of doing a love spell using: honey, hibiscus, a red candle, pink peppercorns, and also lavender and rosemary (I'm a bit unsure about using these two herbs, so I'm asking, what is the effect of rosemary and lavender in love spells?).

Vent and advice

Guys, I was caught up in the events of Sunday night, and I'm just so confused and indignant. How can three months have passed and I know my life has improved, but I miss her every day, and she, after the rejection and betrayal, simply can't miss me or regret it or anything like that? I mean, I've already accepted that she doesn't miss me or see me as a person, but it's too difficult. Does anyone have any advice on this?

Have you guys also started sleeping a lot? It sounds crazy, but recently I've been contemplative and no longer at war with my body (regarding wanting to text someone I'm ex-girlfriend), I decided I wouldn't go after her because she's the one who betrayed and lied to me, that's the real deal. Suddenly it feels like a truck hit me. Last night I slept for 10 hours straight. Has something like this happened to you?

I was reading on this subreddit about hoovers and it seems that when they're depressed and out of supplies they end up returning, is that real? Has anyone ever had a strange experience with that?

The whole relationship made me believe that I won't be loved again, that I won't find someone again, and that no one will see me the way she saw me. It's been 3 months since we last spoke. I know my life has improved a lot, and sometimes I feel "far" from that traumatic bond. But on difficult or idle days, I really don't feel like someone who will be loved by anyone. I know that all of us ex-partners in pwBPD relationships do A LOT and then get discarded, but what was the experience of future relationships like?

With your experience and knowledge, does Duchess Gremory foster long-term relationships and keep couples together? I don't have experience with her to know for sure, so I'm asking if she possesses this ability for long-term relationships or just something more physical?
