Is Indeed worth it?

I'm between jobs and though I've applied to literally every thing I can, I've had radio silence.

When I joined the workforce my friends told me having an Indeed profile wasn't worth it, but now I'm wondering.

Is it worth it to get an Indeed profile? Do I do Linked-In?

Job pushing me quit?

So I woke up to an email about signing a form for "voluntarily separating" aka QUITTING from my company. I have not ONCE even remotely mentioned the wish to quit.

I was also placed on a sudden and unnotified suspension without pay. No heads up, no reason given.

I emailed my direct boss that I am NOT looking to quit, and that I'm determined to fight to remain, or they'll have to terminate me.

They're basically trying to dodge paying my unemployment....

EDIT: Adding context:

The only factor is sales quota. I was only given six shifts, one shift per week, no formal in store training. And I'm in the slowest location of the region. The other guy who works the same store is struggling too, but he isn't getting written up or anything.

I have a boss looking to fire me for no reason

So I work in cellular sales. My location is the slowest in the region, inside a Walmart, and I'm not even six shifts in. THIS IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION so bear with me:

Here's where the problem started:

First of all, boss man (RM) didn't even show up to my interview. A rep of the company called the SM and SHE got me set up. That was the first red flag.

Second, I had no in store/in person training done. I am new to the workforce so this was yet another red flag. I did all of the online training only to find it conflicts with how I'm supposed to act on the floor:

Training states "associates are not to be on their phones while on shift". My boss said we need to be active in the work discord (I know, discord is a wild one for a company setup) or we could be written up. But customers don't want to approach us if they see us with our personal phones in hand.

We're supposed to do announcements via the coms every thirty minutes to an hour and do laps around a part of the store near electronics where our sales counter is. However, I have been on a lap and missed customers who didn't want to wait by the counter and I make sure I'm not away too long. So its costing me sales.

And yes, I am the ONLY rep on shift. Its one rep per store period. I can't have anyone else on shift from our company.

Cue Bossman coming after me.

My sales numbers are low due to issues listed above. I've already received a write up over it. Now, I'm at risk of losing my job because of his pressure and he's been finding little small ridiculous reasons to fire people - which he goes on and on about in the discord server - and given my location, I know I'm next. My SM has already warned me he's going after people with low numbers despite small hours. I'm literally only scheduled one day a week.

I've been scrambling for a second job to get away from it, but employment numbers in my city are so low, no one is actually hiring. And I can't get government aid because of various reasons, including recent changes in the administration.

So I am at a loss. What can I do?

Discord down, unable to appeal

So I use discord for work, but i received this as I started my shift. I cannot submit a support form without signing in and I do not have Twitter/X. I REALLY need this resolved as fast as possible. It could impact my job
