My Telegram channel is set to public, but the only way people can join is if I send them the invite link.
I even tried making brand new, completely empty channels and chats to test it, but none of them show up in the global search either.
What am I doing wrong?
Hey all, I’m currently on month 6 of Wegovy and at the 2.4mg dose right now. I’m thinking about starting reta after my final Wegovy dose runs out in about 3 weeks.
So far I’ve lost 61 pounds since starting Wegovy, but my last 2 doses have felt a lot “slower.” I haven’t gained weight back, but I’m more maintaining now, and I definitely feel more hunger compared to the first couple of months.
I’ve honestly had almost no side effects from Wegovy besides a little nausea during the first few weeks.
What dose of reta would you recommend starting with? Since I’m already used to 2.4mg Wegovy, is it okay to start a bit higher, or should I still begin low?
Also, I currently take my 2.4mg Wegovy every Friday. Should reta also be pinned weekly, or more frequently?
