Eibach Euro Spec UPS tarrifs

I ordered a set of Eibach lowering springs for my car from Poland on Ebay. I was asked to pay $182.18 in customs duty, which seems unreasonable. Is this normal?

The springs were $353 and shipping was free. I expected to pay an additional reasonable percentage of the declared value of the goods for the tariff, but $182.18 is over 50% of the purchase price.

RK Titanium Signature Single Exit with a Catless Downpipe

Anyone have this setup? Everyone I see has a catted downpipe. Im wondering how loud this setup is with a catless downpipe. Unbearable and obnoxious or does it have a good sound and tone?
