What specific exercises helped you recover from prolapse?

Struggling at 5 months pp and any advice welcome! I saw my pelvic floor therapist very early on and didn’t seem to have issues. But now I am. My midwife said I probably have 1st maybe every 2nd degree prolapse and she recommended to see PFT. However, we’re on a super tight budget and trying to time out wake windows with my LO has been so hard with getting out of the house. (She no longer naps when we’re out- serious FOMO, so it’s brutal when those are off schedule.) Also, finally feeling like I have more bandwidth to do exercises. Up until recently she would cry whenever I would put her down (my Velcro baby ❤️). She finally enjoys her bouncer and rolling! So I feel like I could do some exercises during her wake windows. (Still contact nap- working on transitioning to crib naps soon.)

What backpack do you use to fly/ that can count as a medical device?

Going to be traveling this summer with my husband and 6.5 month old and looking to buy a backpack that fits my Spectra and Eufy wearable. Not sure if I should use a cooler or portable breastmilk cooler like Ceres chill? Thoughts on bringing frozen milk? Also, can I put her diapers and wipes in the bag too or will they say it’s no longer a medical device bag? Any recs or advice would be super helpful! (We’re flying delta and have a plane change. First flight 2 hrs. The second is about 45 minutes- very small plane. Then we have a 45 minute drive to get to our destination.)
