Problem/Goal: Unsure kung budget ay mapupunta sa pagpapalagay ng solar (regardless how much po siguro) or pagpapagawa ng apartments (like for people to rent)

Context: Hello! Hingi po sanang advice kung alin po better decision to come up right now, in this economy. Bale, may pinapagawa pong apartment ang parents ko and at the same time sa taas po ng bilihin at kuryente, we were thinking kung magpa-solar na po—but we only have to choose one muna as medyo nata-tight na rin po our budget.
