A question to fellow Europeans

Please tell me I'm not the only one who is in absolute disbelief that Abby went straight back to work. I realize based on everything I've learned in recent years that most moms in the US have to go back to work within weeks of giving birth, but we KNOW she can afford to take an "unpaid" maternity leave (not sure it counts as unpaid with all of the passive income she gets anyway). How greedy so you have to be to jump straight back to work when 1- you can afford to just be with your newborn and your older kids who are starting school for the first time and 2- you seem to be struggling mentally and are constantly crying on the pod?

Edit: I feel like I'm not getting replies from Europeans 😭 please indicate your country if you are comfortable because I'm still shocked lol

Edit again: not sure how I'm being read as defending Abby 😭 I'm the first to call her out on her bullshit. Go back in my posts/comments and you'll see. I'm actually just calling her out on being an absentee parent and a greedy person...

Baby finally slept through the night

All it took was 10 months of interrupted sleep 🫠 but he did it! My baby slept through the night for the first time. Do we think it’ll happen again?

I can’t believe I get to experience my boobs leaking because my baby slept so well. I’ve always read about this stuff lol

Parents to 9 month olds, how are we showering?

My husband works long shifts. No family around. How can I shower when my crawling baby will not sit still for two seconds?

How do we get longer stretches of sleep at night?

FTM with an exclusively breastfed 7 month old baby who takes pumped milk during the night. How do we longer stretches of sleep at night? He takes 2-3 naps a day, with a total of 2.5-3.5 hours of sleep during the day. Help me. I need a night of uninterrupted sleep.
