Hi everyone, after years of hard work as a CRC, I’ve finally landed my first position at IQVIA! I will be starting soon as a FSP CRA for a not-so-fun to work with sponsor but I’m excited nonetheless. How would my first 3 months on the job look like? I understand that there would be CRA school but how is that like? Is it just online modules or would I get a chance to shadow other CRAs between online learning? Any insight and details would be appreciate!:) thank you in advance and love you

Hi everyone! I recently accepted an offer to join IQVIA as a CRA I and am currently going through the background check process with First Advantage.
It’s been a little over a week, and I haven’t received any updates yet. I’m starting to get a bit concerned because I was planning to wait until everything was cleared before giving my current employer my two weeks’ notice, and I’m worried the background check may extend into that timeline.

For those of you who have gone through this process in the U.S., how long did it take for your background check with First Advantage to be completed? Once it was finished, how long did it take for IQVIA HR to give you the final green light?

For context, all of my previous employment and education were in the U.S. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!

Hi everyone, this is my first post here so please be nice! I recently signed my offer and now moving on to the background check portion. I realized that I entered the start date of an old job (about 3-4 years ago) incorrectly BY ONE MONTH. How would you recommend I go about this? Do I tell my recruiter about the discrepancy or is something like this typically understood and forgiven?

I have not yet submitted the background check task and this discrepancy was made on my initial application. This was a genuine mistake and the only reason I was made aware of it was because I was catching up with the old HR director and decided to ask randomly. I am actually really worried and I have worked so hard to get this position.

Any guidance or insight would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi everyone! I hope you all are doing well I just finished my phone screen with the recruiter and HireVue video interview. The next step is my interview with the hiring manager. Can anyone please give me an insight on where I am in the interview/hiring process? Does this mean I’m close to getting hired or are there still further processes to be done like more interviews, background checks, etc.

Bonus points if you can help me get an insight on what type of questions do they ask for a CRA position.
