Built a fairly extensive SaaS product over the past few months in the forms / conversational forms space.

Currently has 150+ free users, a handful of active paid/pro accounts, and a pretty feature-rich codebase with a lot already implemented. Product is live and being used.

I’m considering stepping away because I want to move toward full-time employment again, and I realistically won’t be able to give this the focus it deserves going forward.

I think the product has significantly more potential under someone who wants to actively grow and market it.

Open to discussing:

• full acquisition
• codebase sale
• asset transfer
• or some structured handoff

No fixed valuation in mind right now.
