So i’m a bachelor living with roomates. my favorite thing in the world is the mushy, peppered, meat soaked potatoes with the pot roasts. but we’re all entering the busy season with work and making a 2.5/3.5lb roast could either be a homerun and all gone at 5:30 or a waste and im the only one home to eat it. how do i get the flavor of croc pot potroast potatoes for one? if i buy a cheap shoulder cut 1lbish steak and drop it in the pot with 2lbs of peeled potatoes and carrots and onions will it be the same? beef prices are getting up there. but i want them taters
