Every day, I have a rash that comes back in the same locations

Every day I have a rash in the exact same locations: right forearm, right upper arm, right leg, both cheeks, and the center of my chest (photos 1-3). It is not there all day, but comes and goes at random times throughout the day, but every single day. The rash is not raised or itchy, but is hot to the touch. When I come in contact with something I’m allergic to, my skin usually red, raised, and itchy + burning - this redness looks and feels different.

Occasionally, the rash gets worse (photos 4 & 5) to where the area is larger and the skin feels like it’s burning and hurts to touch. When this happens, the rash might spread to other areas of my body beyond the usual locations.

Unsure of when this started, has been at least 15yrs since I noticed the red spots always in the same locations, but the times where the redness spreads and burns have become way more frequent (several times a week).

I have lived in the same home for 12 years, never had pets in the house and don’t have any close friends who are pet owners. Because of migraines, everything I use is unscented & is labeled safe for allergies/sensitivities (detergent, shower products, deodorant, sunscreen), and I haven’t switched products for years. Any new product I test on my forearm for several days before using on my whole body. Was allergy tested in 2018, only allergies are ragweed, pet dander, and apples. I have been tested for celiacs in 2020 due to GI issues. I have been on the same medications (Lexapro, amitriptyline, and pantoprazole) since 2014, take Tylenol less than weekly.

Does anyone know what this could be? Should I be concerned that the redness with burning has become more frequent?
