Need help choosing a cycle for daily riding + long rides (India)

Height: 184 cmWeight: 80 kg

Current fitness:

Regular gym training

Doing cardio already (walking/running).

Trying to improve overall conditioning and become more athletic

Reason I want to start cycling:I want to add variety to my cardio routine instead of depending only on running. Cycling seems easier to recover from, lower impact on joints, and helps diversify cardio so injury/risk/fatigue is spread out instead of stressing the body the same way every time.

I want a cycle mainly for:

daily riding/fitness

improving endurance and conditioning

occasional long rides up to 100 km

Looking for:

best value for money

reliable and low maintenance

comfortable for long rides

available/serviceable in India

budget-friendly if possible

Would appreciate:

Best type of bike for my use case

Best frame size for my height

Brands/models you’d personally recommend

Things I should avoid as a beginner

Thanks.

I’ve been trying to fix my morning routine lately, and honestly, breakfast is the hardest part to stay consistent with.

Some days I skip it, some days it’s just chai + biscuits, and occasionally I try oats but get bored quickly.

I’m curious—what do you all actually eat on busy mornings that is:

  • quick (under 5 mins)
  • filling
  • and doesn’t feel like junk

Also, has anyone here tried muesli regularly? Does it actually keep you full, or do you feel hungry again soon?

I’ve been experimenting with making my own version (clean ingredients, no added sugar), but I’m not sure if it’s something people would actually stick to long-term.

Would love honest opinion, especially what makes you not stick to a “healthy breakfast”
