I work as RM at a private bank,i hate sales,it's slowly killing me everyday literally 2 accidents recently, and a bike bill of 15k,I want to resign but I have only 9 months experience so I'm not able to get even customer support jobs, I really want to resign,I hate the job,I tried to talk to hr,still no use, she's like it's gonna take 2 years to be eligible blah blah, I wanna resign but what if I don't get a job, what do I do,all these thoughts are killing me .....

Because of the work,I have been getting anxiety and stress,mental health related problems and physical health related problems,hate the sales part of the job,I want a role change to operations or Hr

I wanted to reach out regarding the possibility of an internal role change. Over the past few months, the pressure and challenges in my current role, along with some recent health issues, have started affecting me mentally and physically quite heavily, and I’m finding it difficult to continue effectively in the same capacity.

I genuinely want to continue with the organisation, which is why I wanted to check if there could be any alternative role or responsibilities that may be better suited to my current situation and strengths. I had also raised this concern internally earlier and wanted to formally reach out to HR for support and guidance regarding this.

I would truly appreciate any help or consideration regarding this request.
