So a few months ago I had my phone stolen. I have that phone number suspended instead of insurance covering for a new phone I added another line and got a brand new phone and number. I was wondering if I had insurance replace the old one now would I get in trouble if I have it to a friend afterwards?

This girl I really like but kind of just friends said okayyy when I told her I want to take her out for dinner anywhere she wants since I got my new job and told her money isn’t an issue when it comes to my favorite person. I was wondering if her response of just okayyy made her feel uncomfortable?
