I scuffed up my new dress shoes today and I needed to fix in the next 12 hours before graduation - How can I fix the scuffs and what supplies do I need ? I've included pictures and shoe info:

Shoe Info from store website: "...finished off with a glossy patent design that adds a touch of shine." and "Patent synthetic & fabric supper....fabric & synthetic lining"

At the very end of the episode Derek says "The Company isn't real" and Cindi says she knows + earlier in the episode when Reid and Hotch are giving the profile they also say The Company isn't real...

I feel like I'm missing something. What about the fact that Malcolm Ford and his friends/contacts were actually kidnapping/enslaving women and holding their children hostage wasn't real?
