I have been selling on Poshmark for almost a year and have had pretty good success so far.
I had someone purchase a bundle of items from me and after i shipped it, the customer notified me that he was double charged and asked me to fix it.
I scoured the AI run support but couldn’t find anything about what to do so I notified customer service and the next day got a response saying to ask the customer to contact them.
The way Poshmark runs their support is abysmal, getting in touch with a human is almost impossible. It wasted my time and the customers and I’ll probably get my first negative feedback. Has anyone else had this happen?
