Hey guys this is my first embroidery ever! How did I do? Please give me advice where/how to improve :)

After 2 weeks of feeling angry, happy, hopeless, hopeful… I finished my second bag. I made it for my best friend’s birthday. Fun fact: three days before the party, I dropped an entire glass of wine on top of the front panel and needed to start from scratch 🙃, meaning I needed to do two weeks ' work in three days 😭
Good lesson my friends, don't drink and sew lol

I already adjusted the tension and stitch sizes, but it keeps happening in every beginning of a line.

I noticed these white ball stuff on the stock of my monstera a few weeks ago, but it does not appear to be growing or spreading. 🤔

Is this considered quilting?

Edit: Just to clarify, these are my first finalized (aka usable) pieces. I had a few bad attempts beforehand. :)
