2024 2.5t oil catch can

2024 2.5t oil catch can

Has anyone installed a catch can on the new 2.5t engine? I’m wanting to put one on my wife’s new Acadia and unfortunately no one makes a direct fit for the new 2.5T engine. Im okay with putting a universal one on, but I’m needing help knowing what lines to take off and install the can in between. Any help is appreciated!

Steeda Solid Rear Transmission Mount

So I purchased this and installed it today and already took it back off as it’s too much vibration for me. So unfortunately I can’t return it because of having to drill the bushing out for the bigger bolt on the fusion. Looking to sell it and at least recoup some of my money if someone from the group is interested. Looking to get 150 shipped!

Torque strut mount

I’m looking to replace my rear torque mount for a solid one but unfortunately the only one that I can find that specifically says it fits the 2.0t ecoboost is the CPe-flex one. I’d really like to purchase an AWR one but they say theirs will only fit the 1.6 manual fusion. I’ve read that the focus ST Mount will fit but may require drilling out as the bolt is larger on the fusion. Does anyone have any experience with doing this or any information that will help me! Thanks in advance

Weird squeal after 6f35 rebuild

So I recently finished up my 6f35 rebuild for my 2013 ford fusion 2.0 ecoboost and have a few questions for people that have rebuilt these that know how they act after a rebuild. So I basically out all new comments inside except for the differential and the drive sprockets. First question is there anyway on these Gen2 6f35s to see what your actual line pressure is to make sure my pump is working properly? I’m pretty sure I got the torque converter seated right but just would like to know for sure. Second, are hard engaments from park to drive and park o reverse normal after rebuild just till things may get broke in? And last there is a wierd squeal, like when you stretch the end of a ballon and let the air out of it, but it’s very faint and only for a few seconds, when you put the car is park for either drive or reverse. It can be doing it and then you put it in neutral and it goes away.

6f35 case

I’m in the middle of rebuilding my 6f35 transmission and after removing the internal I’ve notice some scarring on the case. Im not a professional so idk what would be bad enough to require me to get a new case. I can rub my thumbnail across it and it does catch. Any insight is appreciated! Also why people are reading this does anyone know what 6T70 molded pistons that Brandon Sloan of performance transmission talks about using in the center support housing?

For anyone that has rebuilt the transmission and used the transtec kit, where does the blue oring go? Does it go on the piston that sits inside the 4-5-6 drum or does it go on the side of the drum that sits over the ring tower support?

I’m needing help figuring out if the LUK torque converter TC0010 will work for my 2013 2.0T ecoboost FWD fusion. The Ford part number that comes up on their website says it takes a DG9Z-7902-F, which has been replaced by DG9Z-7902-HTC. The DG9Z-7902-HTC also says it replaces DG9Z-7902-H. On Luks website it don’t say that TC0010 will replace the F number, but it does say it will replace the H. But if the Ford part number works for both why wouldn’t the LUK? Any info is appreciated at this point as I’m needing to get this thing replaced!
