BEWARE OF THIS CONDOMINIUM. Several complaints have already been filed by unit owners and tenants regarding multiple rental scams involving parking spaces and condominium units, yet no appropriate action has been taken by the administration. Unfortunately, the management has also been uncooperative in addressing these concerns.

In addition, the monthly association dues continue to increase annually, but there have been little to no noticeable improvements in the amenities and overall maintenance of the property.

For individuals who are sensitive to unpleasant odors, this may not be an ideal place to live. Since the condominium is located behind the Pasig River, foul odors tend to become more noticeable, especially during rainy weather.

I graduated nursing from a known university in Manila. One of my former clinical instructors now holds a position in PNA. Medyo matagal na rin, pero ngayon ko lang nalaman since I decided to pursue a different profession.
Recently, I saw a video na kasama siya, and it honestly brought back bad memories from nursing school. Naalala ko kung paano niya kami sigawan ng mga groupmates ko in front of staff nurses to the point na umiiyak na kaming lahat sa sobrang hiya. There were also times inside the OR na bigla niya na lang kami hihilahin or hahawakan kapag may mali kaming nagawa.
I’m not trying to play the victim, pero grabe talaga yung emotional trauma na na-experience ko because of that. Hanggang ngayon dala-dala ko pa rin siya somehow. I just needed to get this off my chest.

Does anyone know a tailoring shop where I can get my scrub suit embroidered? Preferably affordable and around Manila sana 😅 Help out a broke girl here. Thank you po!
