Hey everyone, for reference I’m 24M, 5'8, 180 lbs, around 17–20% body fat, and I’ve been working out for a while, mostly powerlifting.
I want to try cutting down to at least 10–12% body fat and wanted to see if anyone here has done something similar with Tirz, what your dosages were like, and how the cut went overall.
I’m planning on cutting for around 8–10 weeks.
also planning to rad140/enclo alongside to retain as much muscle as possible

Just like the title states, I just got out of the marine corps(0311) and I’m moving back to Miami and want to see if there a range where it’s not just static indoor but where I can practice more dynamic drills.
Just like the title states, I'm a PM in faang making just shy of 285k, I'm mid 20's - no debt, live in a shitty apartment all my expenses are under 2.9k-3.2k a month
I want to escape the rat race, I hate my boss, hate the people. I've been smart with my money and didn't let lifestyle creep kill me, like most of co-workers. I've been working on my LLM consulting business and automations but only pulled 30k in the last 8 months and ive been grinding it(Word of mouth)
My question is - How do I use my finances to scale it? Hire a SDR? maybe hire marketting people? I can fulfill easily so thats not a concern.
So as the title says, I recently got a job at a MAANG company as a PM taking home around 285k.
I recently paid off my car and all my other debt, and my current expenses are only around 2900-3100 a month for everything.
My main goal honestly is to use this salary to fund my startup and AI consulting business. So basically, if you had a lot of disposable income and wanted to turbo blast your way into being able to quit your job, how would you do it? I was thinking about hiring a good marketing team, SEO people, maybe even an SDR or something. I honestly don’t know much about scaling that side yet.
For reference, it’s an AI automation and consulting business. I’ve made around 30k in the past 8 months, but it hasn’t really been sustainable because most of it came from me manually hunting for clients.

For some reference I'm applying to TPM/PM roles at Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. I have 4 years of IT/PM experience from the military, a B.S. in IT, and I'm currently finishing my Master's in IS (GI Bill clutch).
After getting out, I worked as a PM at a T100 company(1 year), then started an AI automation/consulting business that's been successful enough to pay the bills. Since I was the only founder, I handled basically everything from product market fit and client discovery to technical tradeoffs, delivery, and operations.
My issue is figuring out how to frame that experience for TPM/PM roles since the startup taught me a ton, but I don't really see it as a long term company I want to scale forever. I don't want it to sound like I don't want the job and "I'm too good for a role" etc etc

Just got out of the marine corps, 8 months ago(2020-2025)
Looking to see if anyone knows about a vso or anyone to help with Va claims.
Hello my fellow crayon and non crayon enthusiasts, just like the title says I wanted to see if anyone has cracked FAANG or FAANG level companies.
For reference, I’m aiming for Program or Technical Program Manager roles and wanted to see if anyone has success stories or something similar.
P.S. I’m a USMC vet if you couldn’t tell
