I am trying to run tomodachi life and it just gives up as soon as I try to run it, and I really don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Basically this, total noob here. I'm downloading the ROMs through hshop, and they come in .cia format. How can I find other formats or covert existing ones? Thanks
