Ive been at 3Mbps all day. On the chat with service reps for HOURS.
They gave me $40 and told me to go away.
No fix.
Massachusetts… been like this on and off for 6 weeks.
Absolutely ridiculous. Speed is so slow I cant even chat with tech support.
Cant get more than 4Mbps for at least two weeks.
No solution in sight from Verizon.
My 5G Home Internet is one step up from a brick.
