How can I neutralise this redness?

Hello!

I recently dyed my hair (level 6, more on the warm side) with L’Oréal Diacolor 5.35 (demi permanent). What I thought would just be a darker warm brown, turned my hair super dark red! It wasn’t horrible, but not my plan at all.

The picture I added is my hair after a ton of washes with clarifying shampoo. It has definitely faded, but as you can see the reddish copper colour is definitely still there 😅

I would like to neutralise this redness to get my hair closer to a more natural brown again.

I would prefer using L’Oréal Diacolor since I still have a huge bottle of the activator.

Would 6.1 (dark ash blonde) be OK? Or should I mix it 50/50 with the 5.71 (light matte ash brown). I’m scared of the 5.71 on its own making my hair too green and too dark again.

Thank you!!

Hair too red, how to neutralize?

Hi!

I recently dyed my hair (level 6, more on the warm side) with L’Oréal Diacolor 5.35 (demi permanent). What I thought would just be a darker warm brown, turned my hair super dark red! It wasn’t bad, but not my plan at all.

The picture I added is my hair after a ton of washes with clarifying shampoo. It has definitely faded, but as you can see the reddish copper colour is definitely still there.

Any tips on how to neutralize this to get my hair closer to a more natural brown again?

I would prefer using L’Oréal Diacolor since I still have a huge bottle of the activator. Can I do a level 6 now since it’s quite a lot lighter again?

Thank you!

Hello! I currently have two money pieces of level 9 blonde hair that I’m getting seriously bored of. My natural hair is level 6 brunette. Kind of like the girl on the left, but my natural hair is a warmer brown.

I want my entire hair in one and the same level 4 brunette. Kind of like the girl on the right.

If I fill the level 9 blonde with a copper semi permanent dye first, and then do a semi permanent level 4 all over, will it fade well? Or will the previously blonde - now copper - pieces of hair become super visible and copper again as the dye fades?

I’m 100% done with the blonde. I just don’t want to commit to a permanent dye all over my hair and would rather semi permanent every few months (this is what I used to do before the money pieces).

Thank you!!

It was quite heavy! Filled with pistachio cream and strawberry jam and with strawberry whipped cream on top.

I logged it as 628 kcal… but maybe I’m exaggerating haha. I prefer overestimating. It was realllly good though 🍓
