My mostly passive chill endgame money making routine

All businesses fully upgraded, Agency maxed.

  • Spawn at Strawberry Salvage Yard and do a tow mission (or spawn at Arcadius Office and drive down if I'm feeling fancy).

  • Go to Strawberry Nightclub and kick out troublemaker or change DJ.

  • Go next door to Strawberry Auto Shop, modify and sell cars using staff (thanks Freaknproud).

  • Optional (if I remember/can be bothered) send out bail enforcers.

  • Check Acid Lab, hit a stash house if it needs supplies (keep other businesses full so you only get acid).

  • Sell acid or nightclub stock if ready.

  • With the 3 new laundering businesses for only passive income you need to do one cooldown job every 12 in-game days to lower heat for each business. Rotating between them doing one every 4 in-game days or so or when one gets close to max heat seems to work well. Also after you reduce heat 15 times for each business safe income goes up by 2250 (750 each).

Then can do whatever for an hour or so before needing to check anything again. Besides just messing around in what are mostly chill lobbies these days I either do whatever's on bonus money, any time trials, hit Cayo or just chill at the casino spamming diamond miner.

Earnings breakdown:

  • Nightclub stock ~50k/hour (solo)

  • Acid Lab ~100k/hour (solo, no boost)

  • Auto Shop ~50k/hour

Safes:

  • Nightclub 50k (62.5k/hour)

  • Laundering 32k (40k/hour)

  • Agency 20k (25k/hour)

  • Salvage Yard 24k (30k/hour) (+30-40k per salavged car)

  • Arcade 5k (6.25k/hour)

  • Bail Office 10-20k

  • Garment Factory 1.5k

So works out at about 400k/hour for only having to do some easy missions and leaves plenty of free time for freemode shenanigans and other money making in-between. And yes have GTA+ to collect earnings, it's worth it for that alone imo. Overall really enjoying this way of playing after years of hard invite only grinding (insert now I can play the game meme).

Edit: Yes this is probably not the most profitable method, sure you can also use the bunker if you like but the sell missions are so inconsistent it's just not worth it to me. And crates I've never done (I value having a clean office), so add them too if it works. This way is meant to be minimal effort, any mission you get is guaranteed to be easy and will only take 5-10 minutes each.

Final edit: Hopefully tidied everything up and fixed anything that was missing, added hourly income for the main safes.
