Half-joking with this one.

I'm not a huge YouTube watcher, I don't have premium so I get the ads. However, I'll always pop a YouTube video on whilst I'm cooking, normally George Memeulous because he always uploads bang on dinner time.

I've noticed that, whilst cooking, YouTube will tend to show me ads when my hands are busy. For example, when I'm mixing stuff with my hands, when I'm in the middle of washing up or when I'm handling a hot tray.

I thought it was a funny coincidence at first, but now I'm not too sure. It's near enough every time I cook now, YouTube won't play an ad until my hands are busy and I can't hit the skip button. I'm convinced they can access my phone's camera and the algorithm/AI/whatever has learned when I'm in a position where I can't skip an ad.

Basically what it says on the tin. I've been looking up cashback/reward cards since my Amex cashback deal finished, and I found the Amazon Barclaycard. It's a bit naff (1% cashback on Amazon purchases and 0.5% on everything else), but I'm drawn to the introductory offer of £30 total Amazon vouchers being available to you from the word go.

My plan was to sign up for the card, bag the vouchers, cancel the card, but I'm wondering whether doing that will have a significant impact on my credit score?
