I was unemployed since three months and recently got a job.Today was my fourth day but the catch is one 2 yrs experienced emp is leaving in one month so I am her replacement she literally build an entire feature alone and company uses it to handle users and my manager excepts me to take KT from her and understand entire codebase workflow architecture and domain knowledge. I accepted the offer since I was every desperate for the job and I am probation training period

I don't know i will regert taking up this job. I am very stressed of handling that responsibility never in my life has that much pressure.

Does this happen with anyone ? And how to cope up with this any solution???any suggestions??

I am 26 grad didnot get placement and desperately looking for in Java and Fintech.There is a company called Masstech in Thane i got selected in that company.They are saying you have to submit 3 cheques along with documents and they will pay 5k for 4 months and after that 23k and also had 2 yrs of bond hre tech stack they say is .NET and I am comfortable in Java full stack and also the interview weird they just ask 4 questions or opps that it and told you come Tommorow with documents.I got to know through ambition box that they first train students and help them get job with fake experience certificates of 1-2 years.

Please anyone help with the decision to go for it or wait and develop my skills to get more opportunities

I am a 2026 graduate have not any intership looking for jobs but not getting one and after shortlisting in some of them didnt heard back from HR there is a company in which I have given interview on 16th June now today is 25 june not got even rejection mail can you all tell me what roadmap how can I search for a job ????

Hello folks, I have cleared and assignment round at pazago technologies and have shortlisted for CEO rounds. I want to know about others experience of CEO rounds of pazago and and overall interview also if possible please let me know what type of questions could be asked in CEO rounds in general
