At-fault driver wrecked my car, insurance fell 25k short, worth suing him directly?

I was in a major accident, police report flagged the other driver 100% at fault for reckless driving.

His insurance paid the statutory max for a total loss, but it's almost 25,000 aed less than what the car was actually worth. Plus I had two months of rental car expenses out of my own pocket while the claim was dragging.

My lawyer suggested filing a civil tort lawsuit against the driver to recover the shortfall and consequential damages. Anyone here actually sued an individual after an accident like this? and how do civil judges usually treat secondary financial losses, are they receptive or do they brush them off?

The weirdest part of the Enzo deal is that neither fanbase seems happy

City have officially signed Enzo Fernández, but the reaction feels weirdly flat on both sides. Some City fans think the reported fee is huge for another midfielder; Chelsea fans are asking how their club sold him so late and failed to land a direct replacement. Which club handled deadline day worse?
