Any chance or complete goners?

This is the second season for these nova zemblias. I have 3 and they all look like this. They never really leafed out and produced only a couple blooms in the spring. I think it was a combo of late planting, harsh winter winds and low light. Is it worth it to replant them now or in the spring in a sunnier part of my property? Or just start over?

Vintage bookstores and antique shop recommendations

Doing an antique tour of Indy in a few weeks for our wedding anniversary. Can you recommend a few notable places in the downtown, Carmel, Anderson and Muncie areas? Wife is mostly into romance/history books and antique farmhouse furniture and decor. Very much appreciated.

Edit: Wow! You guys are great thanks!

Help identifying part

I recently purchased my 2nd vette. It’s a 2001 low miles, but needs some body work. I’m gonna fire some questions into the void for the next few months. I’ve seen similar rear ends like this and I’d like to replicate it. The corvette isn’t mine and sorry for the photo quality. Is this black part in the picture painted, a wrap or an after market part? Also was this ever offered as a factory option?

What’s happening with my Nova Zembla Rhododendron?!

Could be a little early to see much growth, but they’ve stagnated to this form as of now. This is only the second season (planted last spring). Last summer they looked ok greenwise, but no blooms. Plenty of water, but there’s clay a foot down and only 5-6 hours of sun. If it’s a sun issue, do you think it’s too late to transplant?
